In the below examples of actual Rolfing patients, you will notice how the process of Structural Integration can unwind twists and strains, even as deep as the spine. This allows the person to stand more relaxed and straighter, gaining up to an inch in height. Notice in the videos how the movement in the spine is easier and less rigid after completion of the work.
